beaker: increase the limit in modularity test
    
    It happened many times to me before that the test failed on the timeout
    when I run all the tests in parallel (all-in-tmux.sh wrapper).  That was
    because the backend was overloaded, and didn't process the modularity
    test builds in time - now it has about 30 minutes for each batch.
