facts: aliases_rel/cluster_map: refresh version tracking info
    
    - start differentiating minor corosync versions properly as it turns
      out to be important as to what new features are introduced (notably
      with 2.4.3, for which new "extras" yet to be tracked), so the
      "micro" version component cannot be discounted anymore
    - track new/reconcile existing release progress in Debian, Fedora, RHEL
      and Ubuntu distributions (+ new code name for the latter)
