#379 Missing Fedora 35 cloud image compose
Closed: fixed 2 years ago by rmeggins. Opened 2 years ago by rmeggins.

https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/cloud/ is missing latest-Fedora-Cloud-35/ for a couple of weeks. In addition, the Fedora-Cloud-35-20220XXX.X/ directories are empty - no images.

Any update? Any ETA when this will be fixed?

Howdy @rmeggins, thanks for being patient. There's lots of work going on with the Fedora 36 release.

Are you able to use one of the cloud images from one of the mirrors in the meantime? I don't think I have the right permissions to start a cloud image build, but I can ask in IRC tomorrow about what is required for that.

I can take this. Not sure what's up there, but will fix.

https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/cloud/Fedora-Cloud-35-20220505.0/STATUS Status is Doomed
@mohanboddu you still own the config files for this, can you help me understand where in the logs to review the failure?

I just want to get some idea about if or when this issue will be addressed.

Perhaps it isn't desirable for the cloud sig to provide https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/cloud/latest-Fedora-Cloud-35 and https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/cloud/latest-Fedora-Cloud-36 - that's fine - I'll implement support for maintaining an up-to-date image for f35 and f36 in our CI system.

Or, if the cloud sig does want to provide f35 and f36 latest, but it will take more than a few weeks, I can also implement support for those images in our CI.

But if this is going to be fixed soon-ish, then I'll just wait.
