The latest rawhide images do not boot on AWS, tested both x86_64, aarch64.
We are now using images ~ a month old which work well.
All I was able to gather from AWS is this poor screenshot

Seems the image boot just fine on testcloud (tested via tmt):
tmt run provision -h virtual -i https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/Fedora-Cloud-Base/Rawhide/20220314.n.0/images/Fedora-Cloud-Base-Rawhide-20220314.n.0.x86_64.qcow2 finish
So seems only affecting AWS for now.
sorry for the noise, it was PEBKAC, our new sync script got messed up
