We've recently gotten access a Fedora Azure account and have credits for doing testing. This means we can add Azure to our list of cloud providers against which we run automated tests . Let's add CI testing for Azure like we have for AWS/GCP/OpenStack.

Discussed in the meeting today. Now that we have credentials, etc. we need to enable testing.
action davdunc to discuss Azure testing with QA team to determine how to best plumb the tests and return results effectively.
I'd like to explore what our options are here with the QA team. I'll talk to Sumantro and adamw about what they think the best path forward looks like.
