The topic is if a cloud tooling (sub)sig should be created so all packages can be tracked also by a team rather than individual contributors.

I don't think that we need a sub sig, but definitely see this as a useful direction.
mhayden has been working on this and in today's discussion, we identified it as a core part of the cloud working group's mission. We will gladly reopen the issue if necessary in the future or you feel strongly enough that you wish to discuss.
