Following git commit should fix it :

Long-story short : when previous CI internal dns resolver was relying on dnsmasq, anything not known was just "forwarded" to authoritative and/or resolvers in community cage. As now, due to OCP deploy, internal CI resolvers moved to authoritative, we just had to add the corresponding NS delegation to point to external (real) servers for apps.ci.centos.org (from the internal/non public ci.centos.org server on the new internal bind/dns servers)
