Some code at https://pagure.io/c3i-library/blob/master/f/vars/ca.groovy looks similar to the new koji-ssl-admin utility (https://pagure.io/koji-tools/pull-request/19).

Generating an SSL CA and corresponding certificates is a very common operation when setting up Koji. It would be great to ensure that koji-ssl-admin is well-tested so we have a good user experience for new Koji users who try to bootstrap Koji for the first time.
