With the RPi firmware directly installed on F-29+, and once it's bedded in more there we'll also push it to other stable releases we don't really need rpi-firmware-update anymore, it provides us two options, we can remove it altogether or we can use it as a wrapper to update-uboot just detecting the RPi version/arch and just updating uboot
