Would you consider a way to set the hostname? This is more or less the last thing needed so that after setting up the sd-card and booting, ansible can take over for the rest of the configuration. Maybe this can be solved simply when implementing #15 and using hostname=xxx as kernel parameter. Thanks Ognian
This can be done in the OS by either initial-setup or hostnanamectl.
If you submit a patch we might consider it but ultimately it's a tool to set up the basics of the card to get you booted not to fully configure the OS, there's numerous other tools to achieve that.
