A lot of newer devices such as Jetson-TX, Dragonboard, various devices with SPI Flash will need a more difficult way to upgrade u-boot. For these devices allow a URL= option in the SoC or board files to specify the wiki page where they can find out the documented process to do that. This would then just display as part of the flashing process to direct the user they might need to do something else.
