Hi all, one suggestion I would offer is to remove the @ambassadors group from this repo, since it will email everyone in that group every time a single comment is added to a ticket in the APAC Pagure (even if they are from another region).

Instead, I would suggest someone create an @ambassadors-apac group, add folks from APAC to that group, and add that group to this repo instead. :smile:

That is the most appropriate and already adopted by other regions but I have observed one thing all other regional pagure projects are imported as tasks project whereas this project is imported as by its name. So I don't think we can now able to create a group @ambassadors-apac. someone need to check on it though.

As I give up my permissions on @ambassadors-apac project, existing users with admin access need to remove @ambassadors group from this project. When I checked the user list last time, did not notice that this project is having @ambassadors as a user.

Thanks for the advise. I did not know they will receive emails before. So I will take action shortly.

Removed Sumantrom, pravins, sankarshan, ankursinha from the project in order to reduce the noise to their email accounts.

Added pjp, tuanta, izhar and me to admin group who need to dealing with tickets etc.

Mostly done and closing this ticket.
