As per the wiki we have budget of 4000 USD for Flock.

Not sure we can sort it out because the allocated budget [1] is much less than what we planned. It has been cut down to $11,500 for the whole year :(

Can we count and confirm if we can sort it or not? Probably if there are events that happened already but we did not use all the allocated funds then we can do something about it.

Have you applied for subsidy request with the flock organisers?

If flock does not approve, I would prefer if we could use the apac subsidy funds for someone else, as we subsidised your travel for last flock (ie to give someone else a chance from the region).

Flock has been clear on subsidizing NA and EMEA folks only.

That does makes sense. Can we put a date on till when we can consider applications from other apac based speakers? If we don't do that then the ticket prices will go so high that our limited budget would not be useful for anyone.
