== Requirements ==
In 2014, we had no way to cover PayPal transaction fees by sender so we decided to set them covered by recipients.
After discussing with OSAS (in ticket #167), in January 2015, we decided to add those fees into reimbursements.
This ticket is to cover all transaction fees in 2014 (before the way found). The total amount is $112.34. Please check out the summarized spreadsheet (exported from my PayPal) for more information.
