== Additional information == I will attend PhnomPenh 2014 to give a session on Fedora QA and to meet other active Fedora Ambassadors in APAC to discuss critical issues like budget planning, mentoring, etc. face to face.
Also, I would like to talk about why we have less women contributors in open source and how women can join open source community easily, how they can start doing small things to contribute. Also, how a community needs to provide more flexibility for a women contributor to beat this ratio margin of men and women.
