Hi Tuanta,

I am not sure what swags Harish have sent to me, but all the swags you sent, brochures we printed are all gone. we still have 30 DVDs more left here with us, but I have to burn it (it was lucky that I found a place, who could print on the DVDs and it is cost only 1,400R = $0.35. so we don't need to produce more DVDs for BarCamp Siem Reap.

So here is the break down cost for flyers and stickers only.

1. Flyers 130 copies in color $20.00 http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Marketing_Fedora_flyer. I will try to save some of them for the next event.
2. Stickers 150 or few more with its circle pattern cutter but we can keep it to use later, so we only need it for this first time and it costs $30.00 (each circle pattern cutter cost $10.00) + the printing cost on stickers is around $20.00
3. I will only give away 15 DVDs and keep another 15 DVDs for next events, because Internet in province is very slow, distributing DVDs is a good idea.

PS: I have not heard from harish yet, as I was very busy for our first event preparation, so we do not have much time for printing now, I hope you can get it approved with the new budget $120.00 including the subsidy asap. Harish's swags, I can keep them for later use.

You can give away all if that's worth. Nice to see many more people have Fedora.

Also, if you see it's better to produce a large amount of swags, you should open a separated ticket to request. We have separated budget for swags annually.

just as in #120, could you please update this thread with the event report/photos, and we can get to work on the reimbursement? We closed a similar ticket today without proper reimbursement due to inactivity, but we'll leave this open for now since I remember you told us about it at the meeting in Hanoi.
