Event Page is [[https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents/SGC2011 here]]. I'm looking to providing swag to this year's attendees as well as some support to Ambassadors making the annual trip to SGC.
We've been running SGC for the past three years now - [[http://bluepoint.com.ph/GeekCamp2010/ SGC2010]], [[http://bluepoint.com.ph/GeekCamp2009/ SGC2009]] and [[http://bluepoint.com.ph/GeekCamp2008/ SGC 2008]] - and this marks the first time we've asked for funding in relation to it. ;)
For the Event Shirt, a locally nominated design will be run through fedora-design to confirm adherence to existing guidelines.
PS. An advance payment would be ideal but since we're running on a tight schedule (entirely my fault), I'm ok with just an approval. I'll reimburse the amount later together with the receipts.

I'm just wondering what's causing the holdup. Did we miss any attachments for the reimbursement? Is anything out of order? Please advise us so we can readily rectify any shortcomings from our end. Thanks.
