It's time to onboard @amoloney, the Fedora Operations Architect.
This Council onboarding is outside of our typical onboarding, because it is a new role in the Fedora Council and @amoloney is the first person to join the Council as the Operations Architect. You may remember this role being shared back in August on the Fedora Community Blog by @mattdm. Fast forward to today, and after a very competitive interview process, that role was filled! We have some additional work to do in updating the Fedora Council Charter (see Fedora-Council/council-docs#198) and also a formal announcement to share this news with the world.
While we still want to get the news circulated in more official channels, I am moving ahead with the onboarding in the Council places.

Here's the standard blurb: Occasionally we use it to discuss sensitive or personal topics. All current members of the council are subscribed. There's no NDA or anything like that, but sometimes Red Hat confidential information comes up, with the understanding that non-RH council members will respect that confidentiality. All the steps above have been completed except the Council Docs bio. That is admittedly more complicated, because it is not just a bio, but also a change of roles (see #462 and Fedora-Council/council-docs#211). But we will work on it and get it done soon.
The docs changes are staged and covered under other tickets. Given that the immediate onboarding is done and other changes are being driven elsewhere, I am closing this ticket as resolved.
