Issue 50706 - Missing lib389 dependency - packaging
    
    Description:
    In 15789e8 I introduced a new dependency for lib389, thinking it's part
    of python's standard library, but it's not. We need to explicitly
    mention it in the spec file, requirements.txt and setup.py.
