comps-sync: Include Qt5 packages only on Silverblue
Those packages are only needed on desktops such as GNOME where client
side decorations are used. Thus let's remove them from other Atomic
Desktops.
kinoite-shared: Include plasma-keyboard explicitly
Temporarily explicitly included to take precedence over maliit.
Support for maliit will soon be removed as it is unmaintained and
plasma-keyboard is replacing it as part of the update to Plasma 6.6.
