Until https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1452336 is fixed.

I think it's clear that we need to figure out an atomic-workstation plan for how abrt should work - and that is unlikely to involve pulling down debuginfo packages via dnf and running gdb to get backtraces - I'm OK with this for now.
