  • Sync with comps to get updated Patheon desktop package list
  • Keep at least one browser, file manager and terminal application in the base image for each variants:
    • those applications are almost always needed,
    • we can not pre-install Flatpak replacement yet,
    • we must ensure they work well.

If you do not want to change the Silverblue variant at this time in the release cycle, I can change this commit to change only the other variants.

Huh, funny that we had it blacklisted before, but it actually came in via gnome-terminal-nautilus.
