requirements.txt should probably list python-ldap as a dependency, otherwise tox fails when executing tests.

Although this is an optional dependency, it should be required for testing. Alternatively, we may want to create a new requirements file, requirements-test.txt with only test related dependencies. At the moment, they're all mangled together in a single file.
