To deploy in Fedora Infrastructure, we'll need to support OIDC authentication.
POSTing to waiverdb should (eventually) require a special scope registered specifically for waiverdb (configurable).
The module-build-service (fm-orchestrator) did this, so you can look there for a code example.

Anitya is also getting OIDC support so maybe we can re-use some of what's getting done there.
It's using python-flask-oidc which is not available in EPEL7. Not sure how hard it would be to package it into EPEL7.
