docs: schema: Add missing <interleave> to devices
    
    For input,hub,redirdev devices, their sub-elements should be interleaved.
    
    input device: interleave for <driver>, <alias>, <address>
    hub device: interleave for <alias>, <address>
    redirdev device: interleave for <source>, <alias>, <address>, <boot>
