    qemuxml2argvtest: Don't initialize qemuCaps twice
    
    There's no point in calling testInitQEMUCaps() (which sets
    info.qemuCaps) only to overwrite (and leak) it on the very next
    line.

    Removing the function call renders @gic argument unused therefore
