Eliminate spaces, use old descrip, changelog
    
    rpmlint complained that the generated spec file mixed spaces
    and tabs.  The specfile now uses only tabs.
    
    The description might include some tagging from the user's
    document name.  That string is now cleaned before being used.
    
    If the user includes a file named (documentname).spec.old in the
    working directory, the description and changelog are used from
    that file instead of the defaults.
