The Yubico Authenticator app installed from flathub did not detect my USB Yubikey 5 security key.
However after installing pcsc-tools on the host, my key is detected and the app works fine.
Please update the flatpak.
Does it work out-of-the-box on Fedora Workstation? If not, then please open a bug in https://pagure.io/fedora-workstation/issues to have it installed by default there. For Silverblue we are matching the Workstation default set of packages.
Just tried this on Workstation: yes, the same issue occurs. I'll file a bug report there. Thanks.
