Issue: When downloading the newest *.iso of Silverblue 29 from https://getfedora.org/en/workstation/download/ the verify link directs to https://getfedora.org/en/static/checksums/Fedora-AtomicWorkstation-29-1.2-x86_64-CHECKSUM which doesn't exist.
Solution: The link should redirect to https://getfedora.org/en/static/checksums/Fedora-Silverblue-29-1.2-x86_64-CHECKSUM which exist and gives the checksums.
Not really sure where else to report this, but it just looks like the link wasn't changed correctly.
Edit: I also should add that https://silverblue.fedoraproject.org/download doesn't have a link to the checksums.
@codeblock - could you possibly fix this?
https://pagure.io/fedora-websites is where the website code is maintained so in the future an issue there would work! If you wanted to submit a PR to get this fixed I'm sure it would be appreciated!
@sanja - can you look at adding these ?
@dustymabe Thanks! I'll be sure to redirect issues there next time.
@bhavin192 has volunteered to work on the fix
Hint: Changes required in file https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/blob/master/f/getfedora.org/static/js/checksum.js which generates direct checksum link
Hint:
thanks @bhavin192 !!
I have created a PR here https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/pull-request/914
Many thanks to @bhavin192 for helping us fix this issue! This issue should be fixed in the commit. @bproj can you please confirm if Silverblue checksum link works ok for you?
