...the experience upgrading from F28 to F29 is not smooth.

We should expand the upgrade docs to have a section specific to F29 that covers some of the major changes that are coming:

  • renamed ref
  • removal of docker
  • podman requirement of slirp4netns
  • missing GNOME apps (see blacklist: https://pagure.io/workstation-ostree-config/blob/f29/f/comps-sync-blacklist.yml)
