While installing Silverblue F29, it doesnt display the correct branding as it does for server and WS

Here is the anaconda issue I filed about branding a while ago. It has some hints what needs to be done to improve this:

The issue was lost when Anaconda migrated from Github issues to RHBZ. I think that this is part of the https://teams.fedoraproject.org/project/silverblue/us/108?kanban-status=37.
