After passing gnome-initial-setup, a Help window is supposed to open. Currently, in F29, yelp isn't available in the base image, so that doesn't happen.

I updated my system today and tried to look if I have yelp already installed on my system and I found its already installed. So hopefully this issue is fixed now?
