This is a person gripe I know at least one other person has shared. After installing a fresh Silverblue system, large updates are required to get the system in an up-to-date state. This can be an issue because as Issue #24 mentions, the repos can be dog slow for some people. Perhaps releasing an ISO with a newer OStree image every so often would alleviate this problem.

the fundamental problem here is still an issue, but I don't disagree with closing the issue for now as no one is working on creating updated ISO during the course of a Fedora release.
