Atomic workstation seems to be the best distro for tablet PC's. I've tried to install atomic workstation on my tablet PC, but it has Realtek wi-fi module, so I can not establish internet connection and can not continue with installation. linux-firmware package contains software for that wi-fi, so if the installation ISO would contains that package I will be able to install atomic on my tablet.
The original issue has quite a bit of discussion that I am not going to copy over: https://pagure.io/fedora-atomic-workstation/issue/18
This is already part of the base image - https://pagure.io/workstation-ostree-config/blob/master/f/fedora-common-ostree-pkgs.yaml#_116
