In #53 a quick patch was done to make sure trigger doesn't crash when critpath definition file is not available. @jskladan correctly claimed that it would be more reliable to keep crashing when it's not there, and instead allow to disable the handling in the config file (probably disabled by default, at this moment). Please do this change.
