#4 trigger appropriate builder in buildbot based on arch of item under test

The current buildbot trigger code only uses a single builder. The current buildmaster config has 3 builders - one for each of i386 and x86_64 in addition to one "all" builder for noarch items.

Update the trigger code to select the correct builder based on the item's arch
