The new -debugsource packages generate a load of warnings about devel-files, one per source file it seems. Can we disable the devel-file warning for -debugsource packages?

Yes, you're right, thanks for the report. However, I believe this should be fixed in rpmlint itself, not in task-rpmlint - that's just a taskotron wrapper for running rpmlint.
