Instead of having the source code copied to libtaskotron (see #100), install the appropriate libraries. Modify requirements.txt, remove tap.py and yamlish.py, and fix the imports. Depends on #100.

This one slipped by me until recently but next time this comes up, we need packages for the stuff that gets yanked out. We don't deploy from PyPI in production and this was a bit of an unwelcome surprise as I'm trying to get stuff in repos.
I can package yamlish and bayeux into rpm if that's the case.
I've already written the specfiles, so that doesn't need to be done. I'm not quite sure where to put them, but they are written :)
