Now that f28 runs are actually starting, they seem to be failing with a dnf error:
$ dnf config-manager --add-repo https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/plain/files/common/fedora-infra-tags.repo No such command: config-manager. Please use /usr/bin/dnf --help It could be a DNF plugin command, try: "dnf install 'dnf-command(config-manager)'"
Figure out if this is just a transient error or not and what will be needed to fix the failures.

Yeah, that is known, you probably missed my ping on irc on monday. It's this: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1483342 It's resolved already, tested with fc28. For fc27, there is a different problem (probably bootloader, working on it). New fc27 compose, when that happens, should fix both issues.
