Per https://docs.pagure.org/releng/sop_end_of_life.html , f23 is end of life now. Support should be removed from Taskotron. I'm filing this for Dennis as auth to Phabricator is broken ATM, until tflink completes the migration.
This ticket had assigned some Differential requests: D1074
@mkrizek, @jskladan: Does something else need to happen (in the trigger or elsewhere) apart from D1074?

Seems to be working in dev, will push to stg and prod. Once D1074 is merged, we can close this AFAIK.
I also disabled building F23 minion images.
D1074 is pushed, all tasks seem to be done, closing.
