While we have git repositories for each package in Fedora, we don't have the same thing available for Taskotron. To enable Fedora contributors to start contributing tasks specific to packages in which they have an interest.
The important high-level bits are: dead simple for contributors to add and maintain tasks which are executed at one or more of * after koji build of that package * after git push of the package repo * after upload to lookaside cache It would be nice to enable folks outside the set of current packagers to contribute checks

Dist-git style tasks are now supported by CI Pipeline, instead of Taskotron: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/CI/Pipeline
