With bodhi 2.0, we no longer need to make comments on updates with the status of taskotron tasks - that is said to be taken care of 100% in bodhi 2.0.
Remove the bodhi comment directives from our current tasks so that they won't be making comments on updates

This is either blocked on https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/117 (teach Bodhi to send notifications themselves), or this ticket, if we're OK with people subscribing to those notifications manually (or will it be enabled by default? I don't know).
