As a first use case for task artifacts, alter upgradepath to output per-update files that would be picked up as task artifacts.
The files don't have to be in master for now - the most important thing is that we have something with which to test and demo the task artifacts with.

This is mostly implemented in feature/#404-per-build-logs branch, but I'm waiting for some multi-build Bodhi update to be submitted stable in order to make sure it handles them correctly. (That's what you do when you don't have unit tests and mock objects. Shame, shame on me.) I'll submit a patch once I verified it works properly.
