As we get closer to deploying Taskotron to production, the number of users who will be reading output from Taskotron tasks will increase but at the moment, we have no real triage guide for Taskotron failures.
Start the creation of the Taskotron triage guide, using common errors (missing args on cli, not-supplied input in tasks etc.) as a starting point.

We have docs for libtaskotron/runner, and docs for individual tasks. It still doesn't cover everything here, but since we haven't done it in 3 years, let's close this ticket.
