The current taskotron-trigger code is limited to scheduling based only on bodhi_id or koji_build but both depcheck and upgradepath function on koji tags. Add code to taskotron-trigger that extracts the proper koji tag from an incoming bodhi message and schedules an appropriate task based on this tag
