Tuned the .arclint settings
    
    As the 'error' level is checking for changes in the whole file,
    all the 'errors' currently present in libtaskotron are set to have
    'warning' severity, which reports errors only in the current diff.
    
    The 'advice'-level errors should be further discussed, and decide on
    'disabled' or 'warning' level.
