All of the public Taskotron systems (prod, stg, dev) are currently running on f20 which is rapidly approaching EOL. We need to start preparing for that and the first step to this is redeploying dev as f21 to make sure that there are no unexpected changes.

Redeploy taskotron-dev on f21 and test to make sure that nothing breaks.

I believe this has been done for some time now. Closing.
