At the moment, we only support config file based logins for buildbot. While this does work, it would be better to use FedOAuth's OpenID support so we can control auth without duplicating accounts.
Investigate using openid for buildbot auth and change the master config such that logins are integrated with FAS using the qa-taskotron-admin FAS group
