Move resultsdb playbook to Fedora infra's repo to support move to production
The playbooks have been ported to infra's repos (application in ansible and proxy in puppet) but there is still an odd routing issue which needs to be triaged and resolved.
the playbooks have been moved to infra's ansible repo. there are still a few proxying issues but the ansible work is done. closing.
