Issue #237: change default image from Fedora-25 to Fedora-26 - taskotron

Hi,
because F-26 is matured enough, it would be nice to have for tests as default image Fedora-26.
F-25 is too old.

I set F26 minion as default on taskotron-dev (just directly edited a config file), as a test.

Seemed to work fine, so I changed it in production as well.
